About AltsGo
AltsGo explains, screen by screen, how to open an OKX account and what OKX checks along the way. The guide on the home page starts with the Country/region dropdown, then walks through the email and phone codes, the optional referral code field and the ID check that follows.
Sources behind each step
Each step and rule in the guide is based on pages OKX publishes itself: articles in the OKX Support Center, the OKX Terms of Service, the Risk & Compliance Disclosure, the official download page and the official channel verification page. Where the guide quotes a rule, it links to the OKX page it comes from so you can read the original.
The screenshots are taken from public OKX pages without logging in, and no personal details are entered on any form. Each caption gives the month the screenshot was taken. The top of the guide shows the date the content was last checked against OKX's pages.
When OKX changes something
OKX updates its sign-up flow, button labels and help articles from time to time. When a step on OKX's own pages differs from what's written here, follow OKX's pages. Outdated steps and screenshots on this site are corrected when found, and the "Last checked" date is updated. If you spot something that no longer matches, please tell us through the contact page.
Who runs AltsGo
AltsGo is an independent website. It is not run by OKX and has no affiliation with OKX or any of its group companies. It does not give investment, legal or tax advice. The guide contains one referral link to OKX, explained on the disclosure page.
